an hour of Steven Holl

Oh I am so excited, I just found an hour long video of Steven Holl giving a lecture at Columbia University. Only downside is you have to have Real Player, which is bad news, but worth it!

Greenstop Californian Service Station

Bridge of Music

I am currently working a design for the Brunel Clifton Suspension Bridge competition. The concept is a bridge of music. Perhaps a musical composition will dictate the visual appearance and feeling of the structure through the use of chromatics and form. Not an easy task…….to copy Calatrava would be so much easier.

I have just been looking into shipping containers. Amazing price from 1st Containers of £800 per 40 foot box plus £225 Haulage per box (from Southampton to Portsmouth). Price for any number.
